The WPCE Frame design is a storage and transportation unit for storage of PCE and other equipment.  

The Eleven Reels Grease Injection Unit was the latest design customized for a customer.  

Due to the rapid growth in wells being worked over, and newly drilled wells with increasingly complex down hole  

With the winter roads soon melting away in Siberia, experience tells us that there will be demand for units capable of being transported to the oil fields by means of helicopters.  

A large number of our clients in the FSU have requested us to deliver our units on Russian build Kamaz chassis.  

The Hydraulic Quad Ram Coiled Tubing BOP is a hydraulic compact valve construction; designed specifically to be used for Coiled Tubing operations.  

We are proud to share some of our products which have left our facility for delivery.  

After a winter break and brush-up the CoilTruck emerges from its home; , following on from the successful field trials last November.  

ASEP CT&P has placed its first technician offshore, supporting a Persian Gulf coiled tubing customer.  

Last month we reported the sale of a CT Onshore 2, complete with QuadHead injector, to a client in China.  

The ever popular UniTruck now has a new look and feel thanks to its smart new wheel arches.  

Accurate measuring systems are at the heart of every ASEP unit, as without them operators would have no eyes in the well and the results could be catastrophic!  

Whilst a quick trip around the shop often is a display of highly polished finished units, these photographs clearly show every unit has to be painstaking built up from the raw shell.  

Once every new ASEP unit is finished in the bright livery of a particular customer, the paintwork is meticulously cleaned and the decals are applied with loving care.  

The year 2007 has passed, KEA has been collecting client feedback for the past 4 years by distributing Customer Feedback Forms.  

The KEA skids are designed as storage and transportation units for Stuffing Boxes, Lubricators, BOPs, Wireline Tools and other equipments.  

The Pressure Control Manifold is designed to evaluate high pressure test with working pressure ranges from 5,000 to 30,000 psi.  

With the release of the new SmartOffice package customers are now able to check the performance of their units especially when the unit is equipped with a CAN bus system.  

For all ASEP CoilTruck units a new electronic information and logging system has been developed, utilising two SmartMonitors working in master / slave format.  

In the coming months  

The CoilTruck stock-build programme is progressing well at the Groot-Ammers Coiled Tubing & Pumping headquarters.  

In ASEP Coiled Tubing & Pumping‘s approved budget for 2008, over 20 coiled tubing and pumping units will be constructed,

As part of our continuing plan for the extension of our rental fleet ASEP has increased its fleet with the deployment of the following equipment early 2008.  

Our Houston factory manufactures 3 of the products within the ASEP standard product range.  

In November Aker Kværner Well Service AS visited ASEP in the Netherlands and brought with them some of their major customers.  

To support ASEP’s continuing growth, we are pleased to welcome on board Mr Marcos Salazar, who takes on the position of ASEP Region Manager of South and Central America.  

Seawell, formerly Seadrill Well Services Divsion, have opened their new facility in Stavanger, Norway, in style.

Life testing of ASEP's radical QuadHead CT Injector continues apace. Running at a steady 20klb pull, the QuadHead has just completed a 25kft trip without difficulty.

ASEP Holding is pleased to announce the acquisition of the major shareholding of a specialist engineering/manufacturing company in Singapore.  

Early designs have a very compact cabin, a large winch area (due to support issues) and a dual ram hydraulic system for the crane, all these features were improved on later designs.  

As part of ASEP's continuing focus on safety and quality an advanced training program on the theory and operation of masts has recently been developed.  

The ICoTA annual exhibition was held near Houston on the 4th and 5th of April. The show was a great success, pulling in a record numbers of exhibitors and visitors.  

ASEP NL - After two years on the workfloor at ASEP NL, gaining experience on our extensive hydraulic systems and spending one and a half year abroad Jaap-Jan Jongkind has now taken the position, amongst others to serve our clients more directly.  

ASEP employees, staff, management, and shareholders are very proud to be celebrating the 25th anniversary of ASEP this year!
